FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves dissecting in series anterior cusp of mitral valve in the middle of cusp body from its free edge to the base, fibrous ring of mitral valve and ascending aorta along the left commissure. Hypertrophic muscle tissue of the discharge section of the left ventricle is dissected under visual control from left ventricle cavity. Protruding muscular parts of parietal part of hypertrophy zone is dissected below the left crescentic valvula of the aortic valve. Patch is sutured into ascending region of aorta and its base between the left and posterior crescentic valvula and into the body of anterior wall of mitral valve at the place they are dissected. Concomitant mitral insufficiency being the case, its correction is carried out by means of mitral valve fibrous ring plastic repair using supporting half-ring. EFFECT: simultaneous removal of obstructive and tubular stenosis of the left ventricle discharge area. 2 cl
