FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves dissecting injured corneal layer with following interlamellar stratification and transplant implantation. Superficial corneal layers are dissected for 0.1-0.15 mm in depth and the transplant diameter exceeds the operation bed diameter by 1.5-1.9 mm. EFFECT: reduced traumatic complications.
