FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: method is based on the use of polyimide as diaphragm material. Polyimide structure is given in invention description. Polyimide corresponds the following name: poly-{(1,3-dihydro-1,3-dioxo-2H-isoindole-2,5-diyl)-oxy- -(1,4-phenylene-1-(methyl)-ethylidene-1,4-phenylenehydroxy- -(1,3-dihydro-1,3-dioxo-2H-isoindole-2,5-diyl)-1,3-phenylene- -hydroxy-1,4-phenylene-[2,2,2-trifluoro-1-(trifluoromethyl)- -ethylidene] -1,4-phenylenehydroxy-1,3-phenylene} and its polymer-analogs where R - CF3 or o-C6H5.
