FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to amorphous glass-like perfluorinated polymer poly(hexafluoropropylene) synthesis and thermal treatment and use of membranes on its basis for gas separation. Membrane for gas mixtures separation consists of amorphous glass-like poly(hexafluoropropylene), subjected to thermal annealing at 160–180 °C for 3–5 hours. Method of gas mixtures membrane separation containing two of components He, CH4, H2, N2, CO2, includes supply of separated mixture from this membrane one side and extraction of components penetrating through it on other side.
EFFECT: increasing of based on PGFP membranes selectivity while enabling improved combination of material selectivity and permeability.
