FIELD: plastic metal working; shock-wave forming of metal articles. SUBSTANCE: device body accommodates colliding members moving towards each other with the same acceleration and having forming attachments and mechanisms for equalizing speed of colliding members, returning them to initial position and fixing in this position. Colliding members are made in the form of levers hinged with one end to body. Mechanism for equalizing the speed and lever returning to their initial position consists of guide posts with recesses, movable slider with projections located in the recesses. Slider is hinged to levers and connected with rod of power hydraulic cylinder. levers in initial position are locked by means of additional power cylinder whose rod is located in coaxial holes of levers.
