FIELD: railway transport; speed and acceleration measuring devices. SUBSTANCE: track inductive pickup has two magnetic circuits 4, 5, master clock generator 3 and recorder 2, all mounted at rail. Recorder 2 has balancing unit 6, two differential amplifiers 7, 8, two detectors 9, 10, two pulse shapers 11, 12, inverter 13 and power amplifier 14. Output of master clock generator 3 is connected to input of power amplifier 14 coupled through output with corresponding winding of first and second magnetic circuits 4, 5, output windings of which are connected with inputs of first differential amplifier 7 connected by output with inputs of first and second detectors 9, 10. Output of second detector 10 is connected to input of inverter 13. Outputs of inverter 13 and first detector 9 are connected, respectively, to inputs of first and second pulse shapers 11, 12. Outputs of pulse shapers are connected with inputs of second differential amplifier 8 coupled by output with communication line. Outputs of balancing unit 6 are connected with corresponding windings of magnetic circuits 4, 5 arranged at distance "1" along rail.
