FIELD: railway transport; detecting passage of track point by vehicle wheel axle, counting of vehicle axles. SUBSTANCE: track transmitter has receiving coils installed along rail and connected in opposition. Coils are connected to one of inputs of phase detector through amplitude-phase regulator. Transmitter has inductor made in form of rectangular horizontally oriented frame installed under receiving coils Inductor is enclosed by magnetic circuit of transmitting coil connected to supply voltage source which is connected to other input of phase detector through phase shifter. Outputs of phase detector are connected with inputs of decoding unit and flip-flop connected to polarized control relay through dynamic polarity changer. Failure of any element or group of elements or open circuit fault in any circuit of transmitter causes switching off of control relay and transmitter sound state indicator and switching on of transmitter fault indicator.
