SUBSTANCE: derivatives have common formula given in specification where R is C_1-6 aliphatic acyl group being unsubstituted or multiple substituted by halogen, C_1-5 alkyl carbamoyl, benzoyl radical, or R is absent if N(3) atoms and C(4) atoms are bound by binary bond; R¹ is hydrogen, or R¹ is absent if N(3) atoms and C(4) atoms are bound by binary bond; R² is C_1-3 alkyl; R³ is hydrogen or C_1-4 aliphatic acyl group; R⁴ is hydrogen, C_1-4 aliphatic acyl group, unsubstituted or substituted amino, di C_1-4 alkylamino, pyrrolidino or multiple substituted by halogen; dotted lines represent binary bond which optionally comprises molecule, proviso that if both R³ and R⁴ radicals are hydrogen atom, then binary bond in between N(3) and C(4) is absent.
