FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: mycelial fungus Blakeslia trispora is grown in the presence of compound of aminomethylpyridine class or natural stimulating agent (tobacco crumb) of lycopine formation. Lycopine-containing biomass is separated from cultural fluid, lycopine is extracted with sunflower oil, recrystallized with organic solvents followed by column chromatography on aluminium oxide. EFFECT: improved method of producing.
