FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves lyophilizating and grinding lycopene-containing biomass; extracting biomass with chloroform two times for 30 min at biomass: chloroform ratio of 1:8 in nitrogen atmosphere while providing intensive mixing; joining extracts and testing for absence of chloroform traces; mixing lycopene concentrate with plant oil and capsulating obtained 2-% suspension. Method allows additive with improved antioxidant and adaptogenic properties and improved biological value to be produced. EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced labor consumption. 6 ex
