FIELD: control of volumetric flow of working medium. SUBSTANCE: device includes shut-off valve 16 where body 51 of saddle valve is located. This body is engageable with seat 45 of main valve. Fitted in saddle valve body is member 70 of auxiliary control valve which is engageable with seat 61 of valve in saddle valve body. Under action of pressure in compression chamber 68 on one of end sides, saddle valve body adjoins seat of valve. This compression chamber 68 is connected with working cylinder 14 by means of throttle valve 67. Control of cross-section of throttle valve is effected through variable throttling point (64,85) by means of member 70 of auxiliary control valve. Pressure is compression chamber 68 may be acted on by proportional magnet 69, thus acting on position of body 51 of saddle valve in shut-off valve 13. Position of body 51 in shut- off valve 13 defines flow of working fluid from working cylinder 14 to reservoir 11. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 8 cl, 2 dwg
