FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to injection systems of internal combustion engines with compression of fuel and forced ignition. Proposed nozzle has field winding, current-carrying element closing electromagnetic circuit, shutoff element, valve seat made on element forming the seat and thin-walled nonmagnetic bushing passing in axial direction in which valve needle axially moves. Core and bushing limit together valve unit and plastic casting enclosing partially valve nozzle from outside. Plastic casting made in form of body partially encloses field coil and one current - carrying element forming a separately made plastic part together with element. This plastic part is provided with inner hole. Separately made valve unit is rigidly Connected with plastic part by means of locking joint in through hole. Method of manufacture of nozzle comes to the following: first separate valve unit is made and then separate plastic part is manufactured. At the finishing stage unit is fitted into plastic part and unit and part are fixed by locking joint.
