FIELD: means and methods of concealment or deception with employment of deceptive aerosols. SUBSTANCE: the method is based on the use of the parameter - specific blind length of aerosol curtain. This parameter is a combination of three representative characteristics of the means determined in the course of tests, it is calculated as a relation between the blind length of aerosol curtain and the consumption of aerosol generator per unit of time. EFFECT: expanded spectrum of performance characteristics according to the mass of aerosol generator and time of intensive aerosol generator. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
