SUBSTANCE: transducer of flow moisture meter includes metering unit 6 in the form of hollow cylinder used to carry examined material on which internal surface there are located alternating electrodes 7. Metering unit 6 is mounted for rotation and is confined in immobile case 5. Metering unit 6 and case 5 have loading windows 4 and 4a and unloading window 8. Guiding trough 2 is positioned above loading window 4 of immobile case 5, rotary gate 9 and weight measuring device 11 are located under unloading window 8. Ribbon electrodes 7 are placed along generatrix of internal surface of metering unit 6 with interelectrode gap equal to difference of radius of metering unit 6 and width of electrode 7.
