SUBSTANCE: device has accumulating capacitors, dischargers, charging resistors and power supply, correcting circuit which has at least one capacitor which is by-passed by inductance coil and discharger. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced controlled power supply, which is connected to capacitor of correcting circuit, and discharger, which is inserted between correcting circuit and accumulating capacitors of generator. EFFECT: rectangular shape of pulses, increased dynamic range of load resistance. 2 dwg
