FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: distilled glycerol is mixed preliminary with polyethylene oxide (molecular mass is 400 Da) to obtain 86% solution of glycerol. Interaction of sodium carbonate and stearic acid is carried out in glycerol solution at heating. Glycerol mass is settled and suppositories were formed at 68-75 C. EFFECT: improved method of making, enhanced quality of product, broadened use of package materials.
