FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes suppository containing the following components, g: anaesthesin 0.08-0.12; menthol 0.003-0.005; dermatol 0.03-0.05, and zinc oxide 0.016-0.024, and polyethylene oxide-1500 and polyethylene oxide-400 as a base at ratio 19:1. Anaesthesin powder is mixed with polyethylene oxide-1500 at ratio 1:23 at 50-55 C for 20-30 min. The obtained mass is cooled to 45-52 C, menthol is added and stirred mass for 10-20 min. Simultaneously dermatol and zinc oxide concentrates were prepared by their grinding with polyethylene oxide-400 at ratio 0.5: 1 for 1.5-2 h. The obtained concentrates were added to early prepared mass, stirred for 1 h at 45-52 C and mass is poured in cellular counter package made of film at 10-15 C for 40 min. New medicinal composition shows analgetic, antiseptic and disinfecting effect in combination with good absorption of active components.
