FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has filtering member and means for its setting. The filtering member has two cones turned with their ends showing the same direction and manufactured from multiple divergent flexible threads which free ends are bent outwards in one of two cones and the other cone threads are bent inwards and split. Cone threads with their ends bent inwards, have larger length and smaller bending radius at the apex when compared to cone threads which free ends are bent outwards. The cones are put together at the apex so that the threads of one cone are uniformly distributed on the circle between those of the other cone and are rigidly attached to bushing provided with rounded hook on the opposite end. Unit for mounting filtering member is designed as catheter built into it to enable pusher to travel. The pusher has operating end being V-shaped elbow oriented in perpendicular to its axis. The V-shaped elbow is engaged with the hook. The size of the V-shaped elbow is less than internal diameter of the hook in width and it is less than the internal diameter of the catheter diameter in length. EFFECT: atraumatic introduction and removal of filter. 2 dwg
