FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device can be used during low-invasive operations on vessel or for removal of temporarily implanted stints, for re-channeling by usage of balloon angioplasty and atheroectomy. Device for protection of small-diameter vessels has at least one filtering member made in form of film coating, at least one sustaining member made in form of frame with through openings, and conductor. Frame of sustaining member is made for expansion when it is being delivered into vessel. Frame consists of cone-shaped and cylindrical parts which both are conjugated with their bases. Elastic film coating embraces side surface and second base of cylindrical part. Central opening for conductor and openings for keeping blood current are made in part of film coating, which part embraces base. Conductor passes through opening in vertex of cone-shaped part and through central opening of base of cylindrical part for free slide; conductor is provided with two shift limiters.
EFFECT: higher filtering ability of filter due to provision of reliable fit of structure against internal surface of vessel.
