FIELD: medicine, namely roentgenoendovascular surgery. SUBSTANCE: intravascular stent-filter is made as cellular-structure body of revolution manufactured of nitinol wire. It contains at least one filtering element positioned in direction of blood flow. Ends of article are provided with X-ray contrast marks. Given construction of intravascular stent-filter ensures simplicity of manipulations, high embolocatching characteristics, full atraumatism due to absence of special attachment members, and guaranteed self-centering, as a result of which it may be used for catching clots of blood in any section of vascular channel.
