FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing a person to acoustic and optic signals action. Acoustic accompaniment (action) is composed of musical program and marine surf noise synchronized with breathing rate of the testee. Session proceeds according to a program composed of 4 operation modes. The first 2 min are taken to apply adaptation mode. Influence intensity corresponds to the level set by the testee. Then, influence intensity is lowered by 40% for 7 min (relaxation mode). Normalization mode is applied for 3 min under constant intensity of acting signals and then, the intensity grows to the initial level during 3 min (activation mode). Action frequency is set in correspondence to breathing frequency under applied breathing feedback. Acoustic and optic signals are shown each breathing tact. Signal intensity and duration depend on both exhale parameters and device program. EFFECT: enhanced working capacity and psychophysiological stress relief. 2 cl
