FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing a person to acoustic and optic signals action. Acoustic accompaniment (action) is composed of musical program and marine surf noise synchronized with breathing rate of the testee. Session proceeds according to a program composed of 4 operation modes. The first 2 min are taken to apply adaptation mode. Influence intensity corresponds to the level set by the testee. Then, influence intensity is lowered by 40% for 7 min (relaxation mode). Normalization mode is applied for 3 min under constant intensity of acting signals and then, the intensity grows to the initial level during 3 min (activation mode). Action frequency is set in correspondence to breathing frequency under applied breathing feedback. Acoustic and optic signals are shown each breathing tact.
