FIELD: satisfaction of vital human requirements.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for generating and maintaining required operability of operators (GMROO), physiology of labor, engineering psychology and can be used to restore efficiency by correcting the functional state of human operator. Method is realized by simultaneous amplitude-modulated audiovisual exposure on vision and hearing organs when synchronizing the supply of sound and light signals with respiratory rate and/or expiration time of a human operator using a respiratory sensor according to one of three programs: activation, or normalization, or relaxation. Acoustic action is performed by means of reproduction of functional music and amplitude-modulated stationary noise signal of specified spectral density – "color" noise. Light exposure is carried out by means of incoherent monochromatic scattered or reflected-scattered light with a given wavelength. Intensity of light and "color" noise is synchronized with respiratory rate and/or expiration time of operator. Each exposure program provides the possibility of individual and group preliminary settings of its parameters and their storage in order to quickly launch the GMROO session program using previously stored settings.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method for correcting a functional state of a human operator.
