FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying daily hypoxic and hypobaric action in lifting patients in decompression chamber to the altitude of 3000-3500 m in course mode. Breathing rarefied air is administered in each 10 min long cycle of 1 h long procedure, 7 min long hypoxic action is alternated with 3 min long hyper- or normoxic exposure by applying oxygen respirator equipment without changing altitude created in the decompression chamber. The first seance is carried out in lifting patient to 3000 m altitude. The altitude is sequentially increased by 500 m in the second to the fourth seance. The seances from the fifth to the tenth one are carried out at the altitude of 500 m. Training course lasts for 7-10 days. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
