SUBSTANCE: porous composite material is provided containing from 0.05 to 40.00 wt % silver and from 60.00 to 99.95 wt % carbon matrix having three- dimensional structure formed by graphite-like crystals with interlayer distance 3.36-3.62 and dimensions: along layer 20 to 2000 and perpendicularly to layers from 30 to 50000 . Material has real density 1.8-2.2 g/cu.cm, X-ray density 2.108-2.238 g/cu.cm, and porous space formed by associates of above-named crystals with curvature radius from 80 to 50000 .
