FIELD: construction, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and other industries. SUBSTANCE: method includes supply of concentrated gas suspension with initial particles of material to atomization region with circulation-vortex nature of medium motion, dilution and acceleration with supersonic overexpanded jets of energy gas. Particles are subjected on solid boundary of atomization region to quasistatic (impactless) two-axis periodic force loading and unloading under conditions of high-frequency vortex, pulsation and acoustic cyclic disturbances. Conditions are produced for fatigue volume disintegration of particles by mechanovibrating and thermofluctuating rupture of interionic bonds in crystals. Provision is made of wide-band frequency range of disturbances from infrasonic (within 100 Hz) to ultrasonic (within 18-20 kHz) frequencies. Used are coincidence or response closeness between frequency of precession of vortex core in atomization region and discrete frequencies of disturbances. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 2 dwg
