FIELD: equipment for grinding, mixing and micro granulation of various materials in energy-carrier flow, preferably air flow, may be used in construction, medical, chemical industry, as well as in power engineering and other branches of industry.

SUBSTANCE: disperser has charging device, main grinding cylindrical chamber equipped with detachable circular holder and central opening in its bottom. Detachable circular holder defines, in conjunction with casing of cylindrical chamber, distribution collector for energy-carrier with energy-carrier feeding branch pipe. Cylindrical chamber axially attached to bottom of main grinding chamber is designed for additional milling and mixing and is equipped with gas-stream generator-emitter of acoustic vibrations for producing of ready product, or with gas-stream generator-emitter of acoustic vibrations for producing of additives, which are made in the form of stepped casing with two truncated cones: outer and inner, cylindrical chamber, acoustic generator and members for perturbing fields of gas suspension flow. Said members are formed as cylinders with pistons and rods whose cavities are communicated with spherical cavity of acoustic generator. Ratio of each inner diameter of cylinders of gas-stream generator for producing of additives to inner diameter of branch pipe for feeding of energy-carrier into distribution collector is 0.6-0.8, and the same parameters of gas-stream generator for producing of ready product is 0.3-0.5. Aeration dynamic acoustic vibration converter is tangentially rigidly-detachably attached to side wall of cylindrical chamber. Additive feeding nozzle and ready product discharge branch pipe are tangentially attached to additional milling and mixing chamber. Said branch pipe is part of micro granulation chamber rigidly and coaxially joined to additional milling and mixing chamber and positioned outside thereof and equipped with nozzle for feeding therein of vaporous binder and energy-carrier discharge branch pipe. There is guiding blade within micro granulation chamber cavity, and there is immovable stopping partition and discharge device within lower part of said cavity.

EFFECT: provision for fine grinding of materials owing to additional application of acoustic vibrations, high-quality mixing and granulation of materials, and increased capacity of disperser.
