FIELD: plastic metal working, namely at manufacturing sensing equipment parts, radio, video equipment, at bread baking, milk procession, making medical equipment, particularly reservoirs for storing blood and long period blood analyzers. SUBSTANCE: blank is body of revolution in the form of rod. Said rod has central cylindrical portion and opposite portions joined with its ends and being in the form of truncated cones chamfered on working and supporting ends. Shaped blank is subjected alternatively to end upsetting and rolling around. Additional tilting torque is provided due to eccentricity created between gravity center and geometrical symmetry center of blank. Said torque causes dynamic instability of blank, realization of rotation modes of ductility of mesonic level and formation of ferromagnetic metal blocks in the form of developed topological surfaces. Blank has on its basic surfaces predetermined rheology of macrorelief composed of portions with para- and ferromagnetic properties of dispersed and monolithic materials.
