FIELD: plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: invention is related specifically to cold plastic deformation and may find use in manufacture of new generation of determining parts of pickups, radio and video equipment, in baking and milk-processing industries as well as in medicine for manufacture of containers to store blood and long-term analyzers for AIDS. Invention makes it possible to form phenomenological level of mutually exclusive operational characteristics in parts thanks to realization of mechanisms of rotational plasticity and creation of spatial masses with ferromagnetic properties in paramagnetic material. In compliance with invention cylindrical billet 5 with two-sided facets is placed into planetary deforming module 3. Punch 1 is brought to working butt of billet 5 fixed in space of die 2 between punch 1, module 3 and support 4. Then face upsetting and deformation of billet 5 are carried out in turn followed by no-load running in of formed part. In process of deformation of billets are in turn transferred into state of dynamic instability which causes realization of modes of rotational plasticity at mesolevel. Planetary deforming fluctuation module 3 has definite geometric shape and regular macrorelief of working surface. Description gives formulas determining geometric dimensions of parts of module.
