SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes punch, die with cavity and pusher. In die cavity there is deforming fluctuation module with lodgment in the form of elastic member being ball segment with variable thickness. In central cavity of inner surface of elastic member there is bulged portion. Outer surface of said elastic member and its inner surface on portions of different thickness have geometry profile in the form of "Cassini oval". Said portions of inner surfaces are mutually joined by means of surface with geometry profile in the form of "Aniesi witch". Cavity of die in zone of arranging planetary deforming fluctuation module has variable profile. EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of apparatus. 1 dwg
