FIELD: production of latex articles by dipping; production of rubber gloves for household uses. SUBSTANCE: method comprises the following process: glove-shaping moulds are dipped into coagulant solution, coagulant is dried on moulds, moulds are dipped into latex mixture, gel is dried on moulds, gel is washed, gel-coated moulds are dipped into powder-coating mixture and dried. Novelty is in that, moulds are dipped into coagulant solution for 35-56 s at 30-40 C. Coagulant is dried on moulds for 57-89 s. Moulds are dipped into latex mixture for 901-5 s at 23-32 C. Gel is dried for 57-89 s. Gel is washed with demineralizing water at 70-85 C for 110-160 s. Gel-coated moulds are dipped into powder-coating mixture at 50-70 C for 7-14 s. Gloves are dried at 70-90 C for 7-10 min and then removed from moulds and dried at 80-90 C for 20-30 min. Coagulant solution has the following composition, parts by weight: 28-% CaCl2 solution, 53-54; 40-% kaolin suspension, 11-13; water, 33.5-34. Latex mixture has the following composition, parts by weight: chalk, 25; dispersing agent, 1.25; sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.025; dyeing agent, 0.025 per 100 parts by weight of dry latex matter. Latex mixture may have, parts by weight: aqua ammonia, 0.70-0.75; dyeing agent, 0.025 per 100 parts by weight of dry latex matter. EFFECT: higher quality of gloves. 4 cl
