FIELD: protection of securities, certificates, credit, check and other information cards against copying and forgery. SUBSTANCE: information card includes backing, microrelief, clear layer with flat outer surface applied on microrelief. Clear layer is manufactured in the form of mosaic of regions with different refractive indices. In one of regions it is made in the form of figures, inscriptions, pictures and other images where it has refractive indices different from refractive indices of regions of clear layer applied near or around mentioned images. Metallized light reflecting layer is manufactured with microrelief or is applied on microrelief made in backing and is arranged between backing and clear layer. Scattering of directed white light by microrelief and clear layer makes it possible to observe various colors of figures, inscriptions, pictures and other images of clear layer in observation directions α,β,γ against background of adjacent regions of clear layer having different refractive indices.
