FIELD: microbiological industry, baker's yeast production. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing medium on molasses base with addition of nitrogen source, mineral salts and selenious acid. Yeast were sown and cultured. In the process of culturing molasses or medium containing selenious acid solution is added additionally at amount 0.2-1.5 mg/kg.
