FIELD: medicinal biotechnology, bacteriology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostic systems for syphilis detection. Invention involves preparing recombinant antigens 17 kDa, 15 kDa and Tp-A of pale SPIROCHAETE, Treponema pallidum, showing capability to bind corresponding antibodies. The obtained antigens were used for preparing diagnostic set for examination of serum or plasma blood for the presence of antibodies to pale SPIROCHAETE.
