FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparations used for diagnosis of syphilis by methods of an immunoenzymatic analysis. Diagnostic composition for identification of syphilis has fragments of genome Treponema pallidum, namely a mixture of peptides Sif-1323-51Tmpa, Sif-1567-87TpD, Sif-1644-61TpD, and indicated composition can contain the above given peptides at ratio = 1:(1-2):(0.5-1.5), respectively. Test-system for identification of syphilis by method of an immunoenzymatic analysis involves plastic plate wells as an immunosorbent on which the diagnostic composition, buffer solutions, blood sera, additional solutions and a mixture of monoclonal antibodies labeled with horse radish peroxidase against the human immunoglobulins as a conjugate are immobilized.
