FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this can be used as covering of civil, public, and industrial buildings and also can be used in the form of sheds. Basic structure of covering is made of unified pyramidal sheet components. Each component is made up of thin steel strips 1 of triangular shape connected to each other by side walls 2. Thus formed pyramids are combined into single three-dimensional block by interconnection along lower edges 3 and also by means of crossing system of rods 4 over tops. Sheet components 1 combine load-bearing and guarding functions which gives up to 10-15% saving of material as compared with other structural rod covering. Base structure allows for other configurations with triangle or hexagonal pyramids with triangle or cellular structure of rod system according to specific requirements and various degree of architectural expressiveness.
