FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: this relates to development of coal seams according to no-pillar technology. According to method, in advancement of stoping face provided with sections of mechanized support, installed in supported working under frame of permanent arch support is reinforcing support. Reinforcing support is installed ahead of supporting pressure zone and its thrust is retained in all zones of rock pressure appearance up to zone of rock pressure stabilization. In stabilization zone, reinforcing support is dismantled and carried to next section of working until approach of supporting pressure zone. Upon coming of stoping face, slot is cut by known method in rock of seam foot behind extreme sections of mechanized support along normal to stratification along axis of working. Then, safety member is installed at side of worked-out space between support of working and slot. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 dwg
