FIELD: oil, gas and other industries. SUBSTANCE: pump has housing with inner cylindrical bore, inlet and outlet channels, dividing plate, end face covers, shaft installed on bearings, sealing arrangement and rotor eccentrically mounted on shaft. Additional bearings are installed between eccentric shaft and rotor. Sealing arrangement is made in form of elastic envelope rigidly securer by one end on rotor and by other end on end face cover, thus forming hermetically sealed chamber preventing penetration of handler medium from pump into ambient atmosphere.
