FIELD: reduction of liquid viscosity. SUBSTANCE: proposed damper has active damping member mounted inside low-frequency damping member; active damping member is made in form of impeller of centrifugal pump; low-frequency damping member is made in form of volute of pump; damper is provided with negative feedback made from the same material as pipe line in form of body with acoustic wave transformers arranged inside it; transformers are made in form of truncated cones at varying section of ferrule and similar sizes; they are mounted with their lesser bases directed towards each other; they are mounted at spaced relation to larger bases and body; section of cones is communicated with discharge end of centrifugal pump impeller and cavity of body is communicated with suction end of pump; cones are provided with through holes of different diameters; holes of larger diameter are found in middle portion of ferrule of one of cones and hole of lesser diameter are found in lesser base of other cone.
