FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: this is intended for cleaning internal surface of oil-field pipelines from asphalt-resin-paraffin depositions. Device is made up in the form of hollow elongated hemisphere manufactured from elastic material. Elastic hemisphere is provided with two shaped sleeves located inside body of hemisphere and also with plunger pair having spring and relief nozzles which are pressed in body of hemisphere for thinning and displacing of accumulated deposition. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device improves reliability of operation, prevents sticking of device inside pipe, and cuts time needed for cleaning-up of pipeline.
