FIELD: heating of rooms. SUBSTANCE: electric heater includes housing 8 with capsule 1 located inside it. This capsule is filled with eutectic mixture of chloride sodium and calcium salts by at least 95 percent of its inner volume. Tubular electric heating elements 6 are mounted in center of capsule 1 and around it. Capsule 1 may be provided with longitudinal metal ribs 5 and safety valve 7 inside it.
