FIELD: power stations and heat-electric plants using energy storages. SUBSTANCE: power plant has energy storage and heat charging circuit. Heat storage is built around phase transitions of core material and joined with aid of heat charging circuit built around steam-liquid coolant through heat exchanger with heat energy source which is, essentially, primary or secondary coolant of nuclear or thermal power stations. Introduced in heat charging circuit is heat exchanger using electric power supply form power supply mains, nuclear or thermal power stations. EFFECT: improved speed and maneuverability of heat storage charging by energy due to raising coolant temperature. 2 cl, 1 dwg
