FIELD: medicine, in particular, experimental surgery. SUBSTANCE: method involves dissection of abdominal cavity of subjected animal, halving both inner genital venae, suturing abdominal cavity. Three weeks later method involves injection of 1-2 ml of sterile Vaseline oil into subcutaneous cellular tissue over back arc of external sphincter and injection of polyvinyl-pyrrolidone (taking 0.3 ml per 1 sq. cm of muscular abdomen area) into muscle of external sphincter. Later method involves long-term irritation of rectum by means of rubber cylinder which is inserted in rectum rift and blown to maximal possible extent. EFFECT: dynamic reproduction of clinical record.
