FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves treating rat by carrying out simultaneous internal sexual artery and vein ligation through perineal incision at the right or left side. 4 mm long and 2 mm deep vertical incision is made on back semicircle of external sphincter at the second day. Distigmine bromide is intramuscularly injected every day at a dose of 0.03 mg from the third to the sixth day of experiment.
EFFECT: improved anal fissure model reproducibility in experiment on animals in dynamics with a combination of pathogenetic factors being taken into consideration.
