FIELD: computer engineering, radar systems. SUBSTANCE: operation of device is based on signal processing by correlation system designed for required relative time delay of signals ( on ordinary base ). Device has at least two reception channels which include receiving aids, analog-to-digital converters, phase detectors, binary quantizers, Doppler frequency shift unit, clock pulse generators, control signal formers, correlator and unit restoring dynamic range which incorporates amplitude detector and multiplier. Correlator includes four matched filters, each having units forming response, comparators, coincidence adders, subtracter, adder, unit determining amplitude of correlation function. Given invention is aimed for reduction of digitization frequency of output signal which provides for simplification of procedure of computation of maximum of cross correlation function and for reduction of number of correlation processing channels.
