SUBSTANCE: device is, essentially, input short-circuited waveguide section placed perpendicular to output short-circuited Waveguide section. Waveguide sections intersect and have some common space and open ends of sections are opposing each other. Distance between short-circuited ends of waveguides is T/4(λ1+λ2)%, where λ1 and λ2 are wavelengths of input and output frequencies in input and output waveguide respectively. Two pairs of identical diodes are symmetrically installed relative to waveguide center line on either side of it at distance λ1/4 from shorted-out end of input waveguide, in sectional area of space between wide walls of one of waveguide sections. Diode pairs are connected in parallel and diodes in each pair are series-connected. Points of connection of diodes in pairs are interconnected by conductor.
