FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices for commutation of broadband signals in communication matrix with communication points manufactured by technology of field-effect transistors in which input buses pass to output buses having two signal wires. Signal inputs of differential amplifier are connected to output buses. Both signal wires of each output bus of matrix are connected through precharge transistor to pole of working voltage source and signal wires of each output bus of matrix are connected to other pole of working voltage source through communication element formed by series connection of input transistor which controlling electrode is connected to one signal wire of corresponding input bus of matrix and by switching-over transistor which electrode is loaded with signal of transit transmission or shut-off signal. EFFECT: improved functional stability. 4 cl, 5 dwg
