BROADBAND SIGNAL SWITCHING DEVICE Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

Abstract RU 2105430 C1

FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: pairs of coupling elements in coupling-points matrix, whose input lines run through pairs of coupling elements to matrix output lines having two signal conductors and connected to signal inputs of differential amplifier with polarity-reversal characteristic where both signal conductors of each output line of matrix may be connected through precharge transistor to working potential supply, are provided with two additional transistors with different types of channel whose gate electrodes are connected to single signal conductor of respective input line of matrix to form, together with one switching transistor, better having same type of channel, series circuit. Output terminals of next coupling elements of one output line of matrix are connected in turn to its signal conductors. EFFECT: improved design. 7 cl, 5 dwg
