FIELD: electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: introduced in matrix of communication points whose coupling members controlled by at least one recording storage cell are formed by at least one series-connected circuit of one switching transistor and one input transistor is n-channel series-connected transistor inserted between at least matrix input line and subsequent output amplifier circuit and mounted through its gate electrode on reference-voltage source; this n-channel transistor and charging transistor placed at input of output amplifier circuit form charge transfer circuit which functions to amplify voltage. Other precharge transistor is provided at input of input exciter circuit connected in front of matrix input line; gate electrode of this transistor is also connected to phase-charge-phase-estimate clock-signal circuit wherefrom gating transmission circuit connected in front of input exciter circuit is separated simultaneously.
