FIELD: medical engineering; medical instruments. SUBSTANCE: stomatological mirror comprises handle, holder and mirror proper. The latter is made all-metal and has surface layer modified by non-equilibrated plasma. Surface layer of reflecting face of mirror is formed by treating metal surface by non-equilibrated low-temperature plasma in argon atmosphere, followed by adding metalorganic compounds to plasma-forming gas fed directly into plasmoid.
