FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for plasma-immersion ion modification of surface of article (implant) from alloy based on titanium nickelide for medical purposes. Method includes cleaning surface, heating article with argon gas plasma and modification of product surface with ions of chemical elements. Cleaning of surface and heating of article with argon gas plasma is carried out after heating article to temperature of 50-300 °C, with magnetron system power of 0.2-0.8 kW at pressure of argon 0.2-0.4 Pa, at negative pulse bias voltage on article of 800-1000 V. Furthermore, modification of surface of article is carried out in plasma containing silicon ions, which is introduced into plasma by means of magnetron system with cathodes from silicon at negative pulse bias voltage on article of 800-1,000 V. Modified bioactive surface is formed with thickness of 60-120 nm. Initial titanium nickelide-based alloy has composition: titanium 49.00-49.50 at. %, nickel 50.50-51.00 at. %, temperature of completion of inverse martensitic transformation at its heating of not more than 23 °C and value of shape recovery at temperature of human body 97-100 %.
EFFECT: invention accelerates integration of implant to a living organism by improving adhesion and proliferation of endothelial cells.
